No doubt you probably thought after I had left Odessa last August you would not hear from me again - At the mention of "MasterCard", I'm sure you will remember the problem I had during my stay of 16 days in Odessa!

Now, as I promised Scott, I want to say just how much I appreciated all the help and understanding that was shown to me during my stay @ Odessa Executive Suites! For anyone considering travelling to Odessa, in my opinion I would say DON'T consider staying anywhere else! I had never travelled to Odessa before, and I searched for an apartment online prior to leaving Australia, which is how I discovered Odessa Executive Suites - The apartment that I stayed in was immaculate! It was clean, secure, quiet and walking distance to many interesting places and some wonderful restaurants. Scott and his staff were so good to me - Imagine travelling from Australia to the Ukraine, and upon arrival you discover that your Credit card was 'missing' and you had no access to your money! Scott and Masha were both so understanding of my situation, with me not being able to get access to any of my funds - something that MasterCard took 11 days to rectify!! What you see on Scotts website for Odessa Executive is what you experience - I cannot recommend highly enough this home away from home - Would I stay there again? Absolutely!!!!!

From the moment I got finished with customs at the airport...I was pleased to see a smiling pretty face holding up a sign to greet me. The driver and the transportation provided were both great. Upon arriving at the apartment building.....I was pleased to see a lovely courtyard. The apartment was totally remodeled...modern...all the essentials....and even Internet access. The location also could not have been better....shops...grocery store....ten minutes from the harbor...a McDonald's around the corner..and my favorite steak house across the street. Additional bonus....my business calls to America were.....free. I have stayed at many places over the years and some places make you feel...comfortable. You and your fine staff were always available and you all made Oksana and I feel like......family. I just returned from a week in Odessa and stayed with the Odessa group near Deribasovskaya Street. I was greeted at the airport as promised and then they waited for me to file a claim for my lost luggage. They were very professional and helpful with things I requested from the office. The high speed internet connection was very handy and the apartment is in the center of the city with plenty of fine restaurants, shopping and night life.

My apartment was very clean and very modern with all new appliances and a great air conditioner. It was a pleasure staying there and I can't say enough about the professional, English speaking staff. I would definitely stay with them again and the price was very fair for the quality of the apartment and amenities.

I have recently spent one month visiting the city of Odessa and in particular enjoying the living accommodations provided by Odessa Executive Suites. My experience began immediately upon arrival in Odessa with one of their company representatives meeting me at the airport, assisting with customs, and then transferring me from the airport to their downtown apartment complex located just a 30 second walk from Deribasovskaya Str. (main street). This location is easily within walking distance of all of Odessa's central core amenities including financial institutions, parks, restaurants, clubs, shopping, busses and taxis, historical sites and monuments. The extremely courteous staff of Odessa Executive Suites are English fluent and always willing to solve some of the small language difficulties that crop up, especially in the grocery stores and meat markets.

The accommodations are completely self contained units, fully modern, well maintained, air conditioned and the in-home computer allows one to keep in touch with all of your friends and family at home as well as the new friends that you will make while visiting Odessa If I were to rate my total experience with Odessa Executive Suites on a 1 to 10 scale it would be a 12.

The Odessa Executive Suites is an experience which one will not forget quickly. The OES Team is excellent and the two ladies who manage the office, Masha and Ulyana, were great – very polite, helpful and always greeted one with their lovely smiles! The apartment was exactly as described and was in excellent condition. Mr Scott’s renovation project for the apartment block is very good, and the apartment we had was attractive, comfortable, and clean. The fixtures were very modern, new and of good quality which worked well. The internet access was excellent – high speed. There are excellent bars, restaurants and shops within a stones throw from the apartment. The whole deal is excellent value and beats any 4 star hotel in Eastern Europe. I want to say that the location of these apartments is perfect. When you walk out of the apartment you are in the heart of Odessa. Every restaurant is within walking distance with plenty to choose from. The staff at Odessa group are always there to answer any questions you may have. And they pick you up and take you back from the airport at no charge. The price for the apartments they have are much better than any hotel you could pick. The free internet is very fast and you can use your own computer or theirs. The sattelite television has plenty of channels to choose from that are in English & Russian. They have many apartments to pick from with great prices per day. I recommend highly over any hotel.

Between 03 May 06 to 05 May 06, with another colleague of mine we visited Odessa on business. Our hotel selection criteria was based on high speed internet access in room, central location, and a decent accommodation which only The Odessa Group could meet these requirements. Upon arrival, I have been met personally for airport transfer, the flat was excellent with good security and a fully functional WIFI network. During my stay both Kyle and Anton were very helpful and demonstrated a high degree of professionalism. Moscow STAR:
I decided to use Moscow STAR apartment rentals for the first time and I can say they are definately a standard above the usual apartment rental places.

I must have stayed in seveal dozen assorted rental places over the last couple of years, with 3 or 4 agencies, always going for the 'deluxe' apartments and paying $120-150 a night for the privilege, instead of the usual dingy $100 a night places. But this was the best value I have had for the money in terms of apartment.

I had no need for additional services but clearly they are a bonus for the first timer.

Moscow STAR gets the official Roger Mellie stamp of approval.

"I spent one week at Hotel Izmaylova Delta with a Russian friend. The hotel is not air conditioned, the furniture is soviet at best and the beds are some of the worst I have ever slept on. It is pretty far outside the center and I do not reccomend this place.

After my friend left I moved to one of the Moscow Star Apartments. WHAT AN UPGRADE. Really nice - especially after a week at Izmaylova. AC, nice comfortable bed, Satelite TV ... Everything was nice. Kyle and his assistant were very friendly and helpful."
